Network Doubles with Recent Acquisition

UIG is being folded into Reynolds Inliner, a full-service wastewater system renewal contractor with offices throughout the Midwest and southern U.S.
Inliner Technologies is served by a network of certified installers including not only sister company Reynolds Inliner but also Kenny Construction Company, Lametti & Sons, and Western Slope Utilities. With combined installation billings of approximately 120 million for 2006, it is expected that the acquisition of UIG will increase Inliner® installations two-fold.

About Cured-in-place Pipe
CIPP technology involves a process of impregnating a felt tube with resin, which is then inserted into the pipe and cured with heated water or air. The result is a pipe-within-a-pipe, securely bonded to withstand normal pressure and loads previously carried by the pipe it has renewed. Since the finished product can have greater hydraulic properties than the host pipe, a pipe renewed with CIPP does not lose as much effective capacity, as would be expected with a decrease in diameter.
