Reclamation, Berthoud and
Northern Sign Water Contract

Through the contract, Berthoud gains the security of long-term water delivery through the Town's pipeline, which takes delivery of its high quality water through the Colorado-Big Thompson Project facilities. This flexibility enables Berthoud to conserve more water and take delivery of its water through the C-BT Project at times when the C-BT system is not running at full capacity.
The ceremony will include brief presentations from the signatory entities followed by signing of the contract. Reclamation owns the C-BT Project and oversees its management. The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is Reclamation's partner on the project.
